I have more than 20 years of Account, Product, Project & Program Management experience, that primarily covers IT-development, Compliance, Governance and Change management.

I have typically managed portfolios with more project managers or large projects as senior project manager/director. I have a solid technical and business knowledge and major experiences in advanced development projects for large scale companies and in the public sector.

In recent years I have been part of a team establishing a central Project Management Office (PMO) in one of my country's largest IT-companies. We have implemented very basic, but ambitious tools to monitor and control projects in order to provide the right assistance in time.
